All participants must complete and sign a Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement prior to attending any class or event.

It is your responsibility to be aware of your physical limits and to notify instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or necessary modifications before class.

If at any time during class you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop and notify the instructor immediately.

2. Respectful Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. This includes:

Refusal to follow safety instructions

Any participant engaging in this behavior may be asked to leave without refund and may be barred from future participation at the discretion of The Curvy Experience, LLC.

3. Inclusivity & Affirming Environment

We affirm all identities and bodies. This space is body-positive, fat-affirming, gender-inclusive, and LGBTQ+ friendly.

We ask all participants to be mindful of their language and avoid body-shaming, unsolicited advice, or judgment of others’ abilities or appearance.

4. Class Attendance & Cancellations

Pre-registration is highly encouraged for all classes to ensure adequate space and staffing. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to warm up and settle in. If you must cancel, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow your spot to be opened to others. Late cancellations will be subject to a forfeit of the class credit and is non-refundable.
